Sweat. Cycle. Sculpt.
A method that moves.
About Us
Sweat Method was founded by Avery Heinert and KyleeJo Symonds, two passionate fitness professionals dedicated to helping others move, feel, and live better. Both grew up with a love for fitness and exercise and later pursued their shared passion by studying Exercise Science at Black Hills State University, where they first met in college.
Through their education and experience, Avery and KyleeJo developed a strong belief in the power of movement to build strength, confidence, and community. Their goal with Sweat Method is to provide high-quality fitness instruction while creating a welcoming space where people in Spearfish can come together to challenge themselves and support one another.
At Sweat Method, they are excited to offer a variety of classes designed to meet people where they are in their fitness journey while inspiring them to grow stronger every day.
